1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Darts With Friends (āthe Serviceā), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description & Equipment Requirements
Darts With Friends is an online platform for playing darts remotely. To use the Service, you must have:
- Two working cameras: one aimed at your dartboard to show dart placement, and one showing yourself throwing;
- A reliable internet connection;
- A compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone).
We do not provide equipment; you are responsible for ensuring you meet these requirements.
3. Membership & Fees
- The first 20 members receive 12 months of full access completely free of charge.
- After the initial 12āmonth period, all members (including the first 20) pay a recurring annual fee of Ā£10.00.
- There are no hidden fees; all features are included in your membership.
- Payments are nonārefundable unless required by law.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal, offensive, or harmful purposes;
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users;
- Share false or misleading information;
- Attempt to disrupt the platform or access data not intended for you.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these rules.
5. Liability
The Service is provided āas isā without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Technical issues, internet outages, or equipment failure;
- Disputes between users;
- Any indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
